Construction
A waist trimmer is a wide neoprene belt (CR or SBR blend) laminated with nylon or polyester fabric on the outside, with a plain, printed or textured inner surface. Specification points we set per SKU: neoprene thickness, belt width (common formats include around 8 in / 20 cm), length and closure overlap, hook-and-loop closure (single panel, double panel or with an extra pull strap), edge binding and optional pockets. We describe materials, construction, sizing, customization and packaging only. This site makes no fat-loss, weight-loss, slimming, sweating-off-weight, detox, body-shaping or medical claims for sauna suits, waist trimmers or any training wear, and we do not originate such claims for your packaging. “Sauna suit” and “waist trimmer” are used here only as the common trade names for these products.
Sizing
Waist trimmers are sold either as one adjustable size with a long closure or in waist-size runs (for example S–XXL). Materials and documentation
Neoprene grades differ in density, stretch and hand-feel and are chosen on samples against your price point; outer fabrics can be solid or printed. Neoprene and printed surfaces may need market-specific documentation — for example a Prop 65 assessment for California or REACH information for the EU — which is confirmed per order for the buyer’s market. Waist trimmers are a different product from weight lifting belts.
Logos, colors and packaging
Logos are screen, heat-transfer or silicone printed on the outer face; inner surfaces can carry a repeating printed pattern or logo. Colors range from black to brand colors with contrast binding. Belts pack rolled or flat in polybags, on header cards or in printed boxes. See OEM & private label.

We print the packaging content your team approves, but we do not originate or substantiate fat-loss, weight-loss, slimming, detox or body-shaping claims, and this site makes none. Such claims are regulated in many markets and remain the brand owner’s responsibility.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on material, color, logo method and packaging (stock designs in neutral polybags start lower than custom colors, molded logos or printed retail boxes); lead time depends on materials, customization and season. Are your products certified or tested?
We do not display certification badges or publish test data on this site. Requirements such as California Proposition 65 warnings, EU REACH substance declarations or CPSIA documentation for children’s items depend on your market and product; tell us what your market requires and the documentation is confirmed per order for your market on the quotation.
