KnurlForge makes sauna suits for fitness equipment brands, combat-sports and boxing gyms, sporting goods retailers, distributors and e-commerce sellers. You choose the shell material, construction, closures, size run, colors, logo and packaging; we make, measure and pack them.

Shell materials
- PVC film suits — a lightweight PVC shell, the economical entry format, usually seam-welded or stitched and taped.
- Coated nylon suits — nylon fabric with a PU or PVC coating; more fabric-like hand and more durable seams.
- Coated polyester suits — similar to coated nylon, with polyester face fabric for different price points and print surfaces.
- Linings — unlined, mesh-lined or with a coated inner face; specified per SKU.
PVC and coated fabrics may need market-specific documentation — for example a Prop 65 assessment for California or REACH information (including phthalate content) for the EU — which is confirmed per order for the buyer’s market. We describe materials, construction, sizing, customization and packaging only. This site makes no fat-loss, weight-loss, slimming, sweating-off-weight, detox, body-shaping or medical claims for sauna suits, waist trimmers or any training wear, and we do not originate such claims for your packaging. “Sauna suit” and “waist trimmer” are used here only as the common trade names for these products.
Construction and closures
Specification points we set per SKU: jacket style (crew-neck pullover, half-zip, full-zip or hooded), pants style (elastic or drawcord waist, straight or cuffed legs), cuffs (elastic wrist, ankle and waist bands), seams (stitched, stitched and taped, or welded), zips and pockets, and reflective or contrast trims. One-piece suits are available on request.
Sizing
Sauna suits are usually cut generously and sold in runs such as S–4XL. We work to your size chart (chest, waist, length and inseam) or propose one, measure every size on the pre-production sample and confirm tolerances before production. Each size is a separate SKU for MOQ and packing. See the specs & selection guide.
Logos, colors and packaging
Logos are screen-printed or heat-transfer printed on chest, back, sleeves or legs; neck labels are woven or printed. Colors range from black and grey to camo and brand colors with contrast trims. Suits pack folded in polybags or zip bags with a size sticker and hang tag, or in printed boxes. See OEM & private label.

Frequently asked questions
PVC or coated nylon — which should we choose?
PVC film is the economical entry format; coated nylon or polyester has a more fabric-like hand and stitched seams. The choice depends on price point and channel, best decided on samples.
Do you sell jacket and pants separately?
Usually as a set, but jackets and pants can be quoted as separate SKUs.
What sizes do you make?
Runs such as S–4XL to your size chart, measured and confirmed on the pre-production sample.
Can you print weight-loss or slimming claims on the packaging?
We print the packaging content your team approves, but we do not originate or substantiate fat-loss, weight-loss, slimming, detox or body-shaping claims, and this site makes none. Such claims are regulated in many markets and remain the brand owner’s responsibility.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on material, color, logo method and packaging (stock designs in neutral polybags start lower than custom colors, molded logos or printed retail boxes); lead time depends on materials, customization and season. Are your products certified or tested?
We do not display certification badges or publish test data on this site. Requirements such as California Proposition 65 warnings, EU REACH substance declarations or CPSIA documentation for children’s items depend on your market and product; tell us what your market requires and the documentation is confirmed per order for your market on the quotation. We do not make medical, injury-prevention or performance claims for any product — ask on the inquiry form.
