Rope construction

Battle ropes are 3-strand twisted or braided ropes in poly dacron (a polypropylene/polyester blend), polyester or nylon. Common formats buyers ask for are around 1.5 in (≈38 mm) and 2 in (≈50 mm) diameter, in lengths around 30, 40 and 50 ft (≈9, 12 and 15 m); we make to the diameter and length you specify and confirm rope weight per SKU on the sample.

Ends are finished with heat-shrink sleeves, molded rubber or TPR handles, or sewn webbing loops. An optional nylon sleeve over the middle section protects the rope where it rubs on the anchor or floor.

Anchors and accessories

  • Anchor straps — heavy webbing straps with a loop or buckle to wrap around a rack post or kettlebell.
  • Wall or floor anchors — metal anchor brackets can be quoted alongside; fixing hardware and installation are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Storage — wall hooks and carry bags.

We do not publish breaking-strength or load figures for ropes, straps or anchors; specifications are confirmed per SKU.

Colors, branding and packaging

Ropes can be made in solid colors, two-tone or tracer patterns; handle sleeves can be printed with your logo, and sleeves or anchor straps can carry a printed or woven label. Ropes ship coiled and shrink-wrapped or in a printed carton with a hang tag — bulky, so we confirm carton size and weight per SKU for parcel or pallet shipping. Battle ropes sit well next to jump ropes and chalk in gym orders. See OEM & private label.

Who buys battle ropes from us

Gyms and studios buy ropes and anchors for functional-training zones; fitness equipment brands sell ropes with racks and rigs; sporting goods retailers and e-commerce sellers stock shorter, lighter ropes for home gyms. See wholesale.

Frequently asked questions

What diameter and length should we stock?

Common formats are around 1.5 in or 2 in diameter and 30, 40 or 50 ft long. Gyms often choose longer, thicker ropes; home-gym ranges shorter ones. Each format is a separate SKU.

What is poly dacron?

A rope fiber blend of polypropylene and polyester, widely used for battle ropes. Polyester and nylon ropes are also available.

Do you supply anchors?

Anchor straps, and metal wall or floor anchor brackets, can be quoted alongside. Fixing hardware and installation are the buyer’s responsibility.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on material, color, logo method and packaging (stock designs in neutral polybags start lower than custom colors, molded logos or printed retail boxes); lead time depends on materials, customization and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.

Are your products certified or tested?

We do not display certification badges or publish test data on this site. Requirements such as California Proposition 65 warnings, EU REACH substance declarations or CPSIA documentation for children’s items depend on your market and product; tell us what your market requires and the documentation is confirmed per order for your market on the quotation. We do not make medical, injury-prevention or performance claims for any product — ask on the inquiry form.
