Dip belts padded belts with chain and carabiner, branded for your range
A dip belt is a padded waist belt with a chain that hangs weight plates or a kettlebell for dips and pull-ups. KnurlForge makes dip belts for fitness equipment brands, gyms and studios, sporting goods retailers and e-commerce sellers — nylon, polyester-webbing or leather bodies with steel chains and carabiners, in your colors and packaging.
- Padded nylon, polyester-webbing or leather belt body
- Steel chain with carabiner; chain length set per SKU
- Webbing-strap alternatives to chains on request
- Printed, embroidered or embossed logos
Construction
A dip belt has three parts: a belt body (padded nylon or polyester with fabric cover, or leather), metal rings sewn into each end, and a chain with a carabiner (or a heavy webbing strap with a buckle) that passes through plate holes or a kettlebell handle. Body length and width, padding, ring type, chain length and gauge, and carabiner style are specified per SKU.
We do not publish load ratings for chains, carabiners or stitching; hardware specifications are confirmed per SKU on the quotation, and any testing your channel requires is agreed at the brief stage.
Variants
- Chain dip belts — the standard design with a steel chain and carabiner.
- Strap dip belts — a webbing strap instead of chain; quieter and lighter to ship.
- Leather dip belts — for premium ranges, matched to a leather lifting belt line.
- Dip belt + straps bundles — with lifting straps or chalk.
Branding and packaging
Logos are printed or embroidered on nylon bodies, embossed or debossed on leather, or applied as a patch. Chains can be supplied in black or plated finishes. Dip belts pack into a polybag, a drawstring bag or a printed box — compact for parcel shipping. See OEM & private label.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a dip belt and a weight lifting belt?
A dip belt hangs extra weight from a chain or strap for dips and pull-ups; a weight lifting belt is worn around the waist during lifts. They are separate products — see weight lifting belts for the latter.
Can you supply a strap instead of a chain?
Yes, webbing-strap dip belts are available and are lighter to ship.
Do you publish a weight capacity for dip belts?
No. Hardware specifications are confirmed per SKU on the quotation; any testing your channel requires is agreed at the brief stage.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on material, color, logo method and packaging (stock designs in neutral polybags start lower than custom colors, molded logos or printed retail boxes); lead time depends on materials, customization and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
Are your products certified or tested?
We do not display certification badges or publish test data on this site. Requirements such as California Proposition 65 warnings, EU REACH substance declarations or CPSIA documentation for children’s items depend on your market and product; tell us what your market requires and the documentation is confirmed per order for your market on the quotation. We do not make medical, injury-prevention or performance claims for any product — ask on the inquiry form.
