The swim cap is the most-printed item in swimming: every club, school, event and brand wants its logo on one. Swim cap materials
- Silicone caps — thicker, smooth and stretchy; the standard choice for clubs, events and retail. Plain, textured (inner grip pattern) and dome / molded racing shapes are possible.
- Latex caps — thin and economical, common for events and lessons. Latex content is labelled per the buyer’s market.
- Fabric caps — Lycra-type polyester/spandex knit; comfortable and printable, popular for lessons and recreational swimming.
- PU-coated fabric caps — fabric with a polyurethane coating on the outside, a middle ground between fabric and silicone.
Cap thickness, weight and finish are specified per SKU and confirmed on samples. We do not publish test values or make performance claims (for example about hydrodynamics or water-tightness).
Sizes and shapes
Most programs need adult and junior sizes; many add a long-hair (volume) cap with extra room at the back. Molded racing domes and ear-pocket shapes are available as separate SKUs. Each size and shape is a separate SKU for MOQ and packing. Swim items marketed for children may need CPSIA documentation (US) or equivalent rules elsewhere; that documentation is confirmed per order for the buyer’s market, never assumed.
Custom printing for clubs, events and brands
Silicone and latex caps are usually screen printed or pad printed; fabric caps are printed by screen, heat transfer or sublimation. Options:
- One-side or two-side printing (logo on one side, name or flag on the other).
- Multi-color logos — each color is a separate print step and affects price and MOQ.
- Swimmer names or numbers — quoted per program.
- Wrap-around or full-coverage prints on larger runs.

Packaging
Club orders ship in bulk polybags, optionally split by squad or size. Retail caps are packed in printed pouches, header-card bags or boxes with barcodes. Caps can be bundled with swim goggles in a combo pack. Documentation such as Prop 65 or REACH information is confirmed per order for the buyer’s market.

Silicone or latex swim caps — which should we order?
Silicone caps are thicker and the usual choice for clubs and retail; latex caps are thinner and more economical, often used for events and lessons. Fabric caps suit lessons and recreational swimmers. We make all of them.
Can you print our club logo on both sides?
Yes. One- or two-side printing is available; each print color and side is quoted separately.
Can swimmer names be printed?
Yes, names or numbers can be quoted per program.
What artwork do you need?

Do you make junior swim caps?

What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on material, color, logo method and packaging (stock designs in neutral polybags start lower than custom colors, molded logos or printed retail boxes); lead time depends on materials, customization and season. Are your products certified or tested?
We do not display certification badges or publish test data on this site. Requirements such as California Proposition 65 warnings, EU REACH substance declarations or CPSIA documentation for children’s items depend on your market and product; tell us what your market requires and the documentation is confirmed per order for your market on the quotation.
