Resistance band sets tube bands with handles, door anchor and ankle straps in your box
A resistance bands set packs a lot of perceived value into a small box, which makes it a favorite for e-commerce and gift ranges. KnurlForge assembles resistance band sets for fitness equipment brands, sporting goods retailers, gyms and studios and e-commerce sellers — tube bands with clip-on handles, a door anchor, ankle straps and a carry bag, or loop and fabric band sets — with color coding, labels and packaging under your brand.
- Latex or TPE tube bands with metal or plastic clips
- Handles, door anchor, ankle straps and carry bag
- Loop bands and fabric (hip) band sets
- Color-coded bands with your printed labels
What goes in a resistance bands set
- Tube bands — latex or TPE tubing with a protective inner cord option, ends fitted with metal or plastic clips; usually 3–5 bands in different colors.
- Handles — nylon webbing with foam or plastic grips and D-rings.
- Door anchor — a padded webbing anchor that sits in a door frame.
- Ankle straps — padded cuffs with D-rings.
- Carry bag and guide — drawstring or zip bag, plus a printed exercise card or booklet with your approved content.
Loop band sets (latex or TPE flat loops) and fabric band sets (woven elastic loops with grip print) are offered as separate SKUs.
Color coding and resistance labels
Bands are color-coded by thickness. Many brands print a resistance label (e.g. a pound range) on each band or on the packaging; these labels are set per SKU by the brand owner, and we confirm band dimensions per SKU on the quotation. We do not publish resistance values or test data on this site.
Latex vs TPE
Natural latex tubing and loops are the traditional material; TPE is a latex-free alternative some brands choose for their market. Latex content labeling, Prop 65 assessment for California and REACH information for the EU are confirmed per order for the buyer’s market. Handles, webbing and foam are specified per SKU.
Branding and packaging
Logos are printed on the bands, handles, door anchor and carry bag; the exercise card is printed with your artwork. Sets ship in a carry bag inside a color box or window box, ready for retail or marketplace. See OEM & private label.

Frequently asked questions
Can we choose the number of bands in the set?
Yes — set contents, colors and accessories are specified per SKU.
Do you offer latex-free bands?
Yes, TPE bands are an option. Latex content labeling and other market documentation are confirmed per order for the buyer’s market.
Can you print our exercise guide?
Yes, we print the card or booklet with the content your team approves.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on material, color, logo method and packaging (stock designs in neutral polybags start lower than custom colors, molded logos or printed retail boxes); lead time depends on materials, customization and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
Can you put performance or injury-protection claims on the packaging?
We print the packaging and insert content your team approves, but we do not originate or substantiate medical, injury-prevention or performance claims, and this site makes none. Product descriptions here cover materials, construction, sizing and customization only. Claims on your packaging are the brand owner’s responsibility under your market’s rules.
Are your products certified or tested?
We do not display certification badges or publish test data on this site. Requirements such as California Proposition 65 warnings, EU REACH substance declarations or CPSIA documentation for children’s items depend on your market and product; tell us what your market requires and the documentation is confirmed per order for your market on the quotation. We do not make medical, injury-prevention or performance claims for any product — ask on the inquiry form.
