Swim goggles · OEM & private label

Swim goggles racing, training, wide-view and kids’ goggles under your brand

Swim goggles are bought by fit and by look: frame shape, gasket feel, lens tint and strap color. KnurlForge makes swim goggles for swim and fitness brands, sporting goods retailers, swim clubs and schools, distributors and e-commerce sellers — frame, lens, gasket, strap, colors, logo, case and packaging are all specified per SKU.

  • Racing, training, wide-view (mask-style) and kids’ frames
  • PC lenses: clear, tinted, mirrored; coatings specified per SKU
  • Silicone or TPR gaskets; adjustable silicone straps
  • Printed straps, blister packs, hard and soft cases

Goggle types

  • Training goggles — the everyday adult goggle with a soft gasket and split or single silicone strap.
  • Racing goggles — low-profile frames with minimal or no gasket, interchangeable nose bridges and slimmer straps.
  • Wide-view / mask-style goggles — a larger single or dual lens with a wider gasket, popular for recreational and open-water ranges.
  • Kids’ and junior goggles — smaller frames, soft gaskets and bright colors. Swim items marketed for children may need CPSIA documentation (US) or equivalent rules elsewhere; that documentation is confirmed per order for the buyer’s market, never assumed.

Lenses and coatings

Lenses are usually polycarbonate (PC), in clear, smoke, blue, amber and other tints, or with a mirrored finish. Buyers commonly ask about anti-fog coatings and UV-filtering lens materials; coatings and lens materials are specified per SKU, but we do not publish anti-fog, UV-protection or optical test values or make performance claims on this site. If your market or channel requires lens documentation, it is confirmed per order for the buyer’s market. Optical (prescription) lenses are not offered.

Gaskets, nose bridges and straps

Gaskets are silicone or TPR, in different profiles and softness. Nose bridges are fixed, adjustable or interchangeable (several sizes in the pack). Straps are silicone — single, split (double) or wide — with a quick-adjust buckle at the back or side. Fit is a matter of frame and gasket shape, best evaluated on samples.

Branding, cases and packaging

Logos are printed on the strap (screen or pad print, repeated along the length), pad-printed on the frame or lens edge, or molded into the buckle on larger runs. Frame, gasket and strap colors can be matched to your palette. Packaging: blister card, window box, printed box, hard or soft case, or polybag for club bulk orders. Goggles combine well with swim caps in a combo pack. See OEM & private label.

Who buys swim goggles from us

Swim and fitness brands build a tiered goggle line from kids’ to racing; sporting goods retailers want a peg range in blister packs; swim clubs and schools order team-color goggles with printed straps; e-commerce sellers sell multi-packs and cap + goggle sets. See wholesale.

Frequently asked questions

Do your goggles have anti-fog and UV protection?

Anti-fog coatings and UV-filtering lens materials can be specified per SKU, but we do not publish test values or make performance claims. If your market requires lens documentation, it is confirmed per order for the buyer’s market.

Can the strap be printed with our logo?

Yes, strap printing is the most common branding method; frame and buckle branding are also possible.

Do you make prescription goggles?

No, optical (prescription) lenses are not offered.

Do you make kids’ goggles?

Yes, junior frames are available. Swim items marketed for children may need CPSIA documentation (US) or equivalent rules elsewhere; that documentation is confirmed per order for the buyer’s market, never assumed.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on material, color, logo method and packaging (stock designs in neutral polybags start lower than custom colors, molded logos or printed retail boxes); lead time depends on materials, customization and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.

Are your products certified or tested?

We do not display certification badges or publish test data on this site. Requirements such as California Proposition 65 warnings, EU REACH substance declarations or CPSIA documentation for children’s items depend on your market and product; tell us what your market requires and the documentation is confirmed per order for your market on the quotation. We do not make medical, injury-prevention or performance claims for any product — ask on the inquiry form.
