Ankle straps · private label

Ankle straps for cable machines padded cuffs with D-rings, branded for your range

Cable ankle straps are a small, frequently replaced attachment: gyms lose them, home-gym owners add them to cable towers and functional trainers, and e-commerce sellers bundle them with handles and resistance band sets. KnurlForge supplies ankle straps with padded cuffs, hook-and-loop closures and metal D-rings in your colors and packaging.

  • Neoprene-padded or nylon cuffs
  • Hook-and-loop closure; double-ring options
  • Metal D-rings in plated or coated finishes
  • Single straps, pairs or attachment bundles

Construction

An ankle strap is a padded cuff (neoprene or foam laminated with nylon or polyester fabric) closed with hook-and-loop, and a webbing loop with a metal D-ring that clips to a cable carabiner. Specifications we set per SKU: cuff width and length, padding thickness, closure length, webbing width and stitching, and the D-ring material and finish. Some designs use a double-ring closure or a buckle instead of hook-and-loop.

We describe construction only — we do not publish load ratings for D-rings or stitching; these are confirmed per SKU on the quotation.

Sizing

Most ankle straps are one adjustable size, set by the closure length. Brands sometimes add a longer version for larger ankles or for use above the knee. We confirm cuff dimensions on the sample so your size guidance matches the product.

Branding and bundles

Logos are printed (screen, heat transfer or silicone) or embroidered on the cuff, or applied as a PVC / silicone patch. Pairs or singles are packed in polybags, zip pouches or printed boxes. Ankle straps sell well bundled with cable handles, lifting straps or band sets — see OEM & private label.

Frequently asked questions

Are ankle straps sold singly or in pairs?

Both. Gyms often buy singles for cable stations; retail and e-commerce usually sell pairs.

Can you match the D-ring to our cable attachments?

Yes — send a sample or drawing and we propose ring shape and finish to match.

Do ankle straps fit all cable machines?

They clip to a standard cable carabiner via the D-ring; compatibility with a specific machine is for the buyer to confirm with a sample.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on material, color, logo method and packaging (stock designs in neutral polybags start lower than custom colors, molded logos or printed retail boxes); lead time depends on materials, customization and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.

Are your products certified or tested?

We do not display certification badges or publish test data on this site. Requirements such as California Proposition 65 warnings, EU REACH substance declarations or CPSIA documentation for children’s items depend on your market and product; tell us what your market requires and the documentation is confirmed per order for your market on the quotation. We do not make medical, injury-prevention or performance claims for any product — ask on the inquiry form.
