Wrist wrap construction
A wrist wrap is a strip of elastic webbing — a blend of cotton, polyester and rubber/spandex threads — with a thumb loop at one end and a hook-and-loop closure at the other. The points we fix per SKU:
- Blend and weave — sets the stretch and stiffness; we offer flexible, medium and stiff options and agree them on samples.
- Width — commonly around 3 in (≈7.5 cm); set per design.
- Length — common lengths are around 12, 18, 24 and 36 in (≈30–90 cm); each length is its own SKU.
- Thumb loop — elastic or webbing, fixed or removable.
- Closure — hook-and-loop panel with a printed or rubber tab; optional heavier-duty closure.
We describe construction only. This site makes no medical, injury-prevention or performance claims for wrist wraps.
Wrist wrap styles
- Classic elastic wraps — the standard gym wrap in solid or patterned colors.
- Stiff wraps — a denser weave for buyers who ask for a firmer wrap.
- Cotton wraps — softer, more flexible wraps often used in functional-fitness gyms.
- Glove-integrated wraps — see lifting gloves.
- Wrap + strap sets — paired with lifting straps under one barcode.
Logos, colors and packaging
Logos can be jacquard-woven into the elastic (larger runs), printed on the closure tab, embroidered, or added as a woven label or rubber patch. Colorways range from solid black to multi-color stripes and camo jacquards. Wraps are packed in pairs on header cards, in zip pouches, polybags or printed boxes. See OEM & private label.
Who buys wrist wraps from us
Fitness equipment brands and e-commerce sellers use wraps as an entry-price branded SKU and bundle filler; gyms and studios sell them at the front desk; sporting goods retailers stock them next to straps and knee sleeves. See wholesale.

Frequently asked questions
Which wrist wrap length should we stock?
Common lengths are around 12, 18, 24 and 36 in. Many brands start with one or two lengths; each length is a separate SKU for MOQ purposes.
What is the difference between stiff and flexible wraps?
The elastic blend and weave density. We offer several options and you choose on samples; we do not make performance claims for either.
Can you weave our logo into the wrap?
Yes, jacquard-woven logos are possible on larger runs; printed tabs or labels suit smaller runs.
Can you put performance or injury-protection claims on the packaging?
We print the packaging and insert content your team approves, but we do not originate or substantiate medical, injury-prevention or performance claims, and this site makes none. Product descriptions here cover materials, construction, sizing and customization only. Claims on your packaging are the brand owner’s responsibility under your market’s rules.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on material, color, logo method and packaging (stock designs in neutral polybags start lower than custom colors, molded logos or printed retail boxes); lead time depends on materials, customization and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
Are your products certified or tested?
We do not display certification badges or publish test data on this site. Requirements such as California Proposition 65 warnings, EU REACH substance declarations or CPSIA documentation for children’s items depend on your market and product; tell us what your market requires and the documentation is confirmed per order for your market on the quotation. We do not make medical, injury-prevention or performance claims for any product — ask on the inquiry form.
