Grip strengthener types we make
- Adjustable hand grippers — two handles joined by a torsion spring, with a knob or slider that changes the spring position; handles in PP / ABS with TPR or foam grips. Optional mechanical or digital counter.
- Fixed-spring grippers — knurled aluminum or steel handles on a single steel torsion spring, sold in graded sets.
- Finger stretcher / extensor bands — silicone or TPE bands with finger loops, usually in a set of colors.
- Grip rings — silicone or TPR donut rings in graded firmness, often sold in 3-packs.
- Wrist rollers and forearm trainers — a handle with a cord and plate loop or a weighted handle.
- Grip kits — gripper + finger band + grip ring + carry bag as one SKU.
Springs, handles and resistance labels
Grippers are built from a steel torsion spring (wire gauge and coating set per SKU) and handles in PP / ABS plastic with TPR or foam overmold, rubber-coated steel, or knurled aluminum. Adjustable designs use a moving spring seat and a scale printed or molded on the handle. Rings and bands are molded in silicone or TPR in graded firmness and colored to suit.
Many brands print a resistance label (for example a kg or lb range) on each gripper, ring or band. Those labels are set per SKU by the brand owner and confirmed against the sample; we do not publish resistance values, test data or performance claims on this site.
Logos, colors and packaging
Logos are pad-printed or screen-printed on plastic handles, laser-engraved on aluminum, or debossed into silicone rings and bands on larger runs. Handle, grip, ring and band colors can follow your palette — commonly one color per resistance level. Packaging: blister cards, polybags with header cards, zip pouches, color boxes and kit boxes with a carry bag. See OEM & private label.
Who buys grip strengtheners from us
E-commerce sellers and fitness equipment brands sell grip kits as gifts and add-ons; sporting goods retailers stock grippers in blister packs at the register; gyms and studios sell them at the front desk next to straps and wrist wraps. See wholesale.

Frequently asked questions
What types of grip strengtheners do you make?
Adjustable and fixed-spring hand grippers, finger stretcher bands, silicone grip rings, wrist rollers and kits that combine them.
Can you print our resistance levels on the grippers?
Yes. Resistance labels are set per SKU by the brand owner and confirmed against the sample; we do not publish resistance values ourselves.
Can a grip kit be bundled with straps or chalk?
Yes — grip kits bundle well with lifting straps, chalk or wrist wraps under one barcode.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on material, color, logo method and packaging (stock designs in neutral polybags start lower than custom colors, molded logos or printed retail boxes); lead time depends on materials, customization and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
Can you put performance or injury-protection claims on the packaging?
We print the packaging and insert content your team approves, but we do not originate or substantiate medical, injury-prevention or performance claims, and this site makes none. Product descriptions here cover materials, construction, sizing and customization only. Claims on your packaging are the brand owner’s responsibility under your market’s rules.
Are your products certified or tested?
We do not display certification badges or publish test data on this site. Requirements such as California Proposition 65 warnings, EU REACH substance declarations or CPSIA documentation for children’s items depend on your market and product; tell us what your market requires and the documentation is confirmed per order for your market on the quotation. We do not make medical, injury-prevention or performance claims for any product — ask on the inquiry form.
