Balance board designs we make

  • Round wobble boards — a round deck on a half-sphere base that tilts in every direction; wooden or molded plastic.
  • Rocker boards — a rectangular deck on a curved rocker base that tilts in one direction.
  • Roller (rola-bola) boards — a deck that rides on a separate cylinder roller, with end stoppers on the deck underside; popular with board-sport brands. Deck shapes, stopper positions and roller material are set per design.
  • Standing-desk boards — low-profile rocker or wobble boards sized for use at a standing desk, often with a felt or rubber base.
  • Kids’ balance boards — curved wooden boards for play ranges; children’s products need documentation confirmed per order for the buyer’s market.

Decks, bases and grip surfaces

Decks are made in multi-ply plywood (birch, maple or poplar, specified per program), bamboo, or molded PP / ABS plastic. Deck size, thickness and shape are set per design. Bases are wooden half-spheres or rockers, molded plastic domes, or — for roller boards — a cylinder roller in wood, PVC or ABS, sometimes with a rubber or cork wrap. Top surfaces use grip tape, a molded anti-slip texture, a printed and lacquered top, or a rubber pad. Floor-contact surfaces can have rubber or felt pads.

We do not publish user-weight ratings and make no claims about balance, rehabilitation or injury; dimensions and materials are confirmed per SKU, and any testing your channel requires is agreed at the brief stage.

Graphics, logos and packaging

The deck top is the main branding surface: printed grip tape, printed and lacquered wooden tops, laser-engraved logos on plywood or bamboo, and molded or pad-printed logos on plastic boards. Undersides can carry a printed graphic or label. Boards ship in printed color boxes or brown cartons with a label; roller boards pack deck and roller together. Balance boards bundle well with resistance band sets and yoga and massage accessories. See OEM & private label.

Who buys balance boards from us

Fitness equipment brands and e-commerce sellers sell wobble and rocker boards as home-fitness SKUs; board-sport and sporting goods retailers stock roller boards with branded graphics; office and standing-desk sellers add low-profile boards; gyms and studios buy boards for floor areas. Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a wobble board, a rocker board and a roller board?

A wobble board tilts in every direction on a dome base; a rocker board tilts in one direction on a curved base; a roller (rola-bola) board rides on a separate cylinder. We make all three, plus standing-desk boards.

Can you print our graphics on the deck?

Yes — printed grip tape, printed and lacquered tops, or laser-engraved logos on wood and bamboo.

Do you publish a maximum user weight?

No. Dimensions and materials are confirmed per SKU; any testing your channel requires is agreed at the brief stage.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on material, color, logo method and packaging (stock designs in neutral polybags start lower than custom colors, molded logos or printed retail boxes); lead time depends on materials, customization and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.

Can you put performance or injury-protection claims on the packaging?

We print the packaging and insert content your team approves, but we do not originate or substantiate medical, injury-prevention or performance claims, and this site makes none. Product descriptions here cover materials, construction, sizing and customization only. Claims on your packaging are the brand owner’s responsibility under your market’s rules.

Are your products certified or tested?

We do not display certification badges or publish test data on this site. Requirements such as California Proposition 65 warnings, EU REACH substance declarations or CPSIA documentation for children’s items depend on your market and product; tell us what your market requires and the documentation is confirmed per order for your market on the quotation. We do not make medical, injury-prevention or performance claims for any product — ask on the inquiry form.
