Ab roller designs

  • Single-wheel rollers — one wheel, the classic narrow design.
  • Double-wheel rollers — two wheels side by side on one axle, a wider footprint.
  • Wide-wheel rollers — one extra-wide wheel, often with a textured tread.
  • Spring-assist (rebound) rollers — an internal coil spring in the wheel hub; spring specification is set per SKU.
  • Multi-wheel and elbow-support rollers — three- or four-wheel bases and rollers with elbow rests, for differentiated ranges.

Wheels, axle and handles

Wheel bodies are molded in PP or ABS, with a TPR or PU tread for a quieter roll on hard floors. The axle is steel, plated or coated, and runs through the wheel hub on bushings or bearings. Handles are covered in foam (NBR / EVA) or rubber, with handle length and diameter set per design. Most designs are tool-free assembly: the handles screw onto the axle so the roller packs flat in a small box.

We do not publish user-weight ratings or performance claims; dimensions and materials are confirmed per SKU, and any testing your channel requires is agreed at the brief stage.

Logos, colors and packaging

Logos are printed on the wheel face or hub cover, on the handle foam, or molded in for larger runs. Wheel, tread and handle colors can be matched to your brand. Ab rollers are usually sold in a color box with a foam knee pad, and sometimes with a jump rope or resistance bands as a starter kit. See OEM & private label.

Who buys ab rollers from us

E-commerce sellers and fitness equipment brands sell ab rollers as a low-cost attach item and gift; sporting goods retailers stock boxed rollers in seasonal fitness promotions; gyms and studios buy them for stretching and floor areas. See wholesale.

Frequently asked questions

Is an ab roller the same as an ab wheel?

Yes, the terms are used interchangeably. We make single, double, wide-wheel and spring-assist designs.

Does the ab roller come with a knee pad?

A foam knee pad is a standard option and is usually packed in the same box.

Do you publish a maximum user weight?

No. Dimensions and materials are confirmed per SKU; any testing your channel requires is agreed at the brief stage.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on material, color, logo method and packaging (stock designs in neutral polybags start lower than custom colors, molded logos or printed retail boxes); lead time depends on materials, customization and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.

Can you put performance or injury-protection claims on the packaging?

We print the packaging and insert content your team approves, but we do not originate or substantiate medical, injury-prevention or performance claims, and this site makes none. Product descriptions here cover materials, construction, sizing and customization only. Claims on your packaging are the brand owner’s responsibility under your market’s rules.

Are your products certified or tested?

We do not display certification badges or publish test data on this site. Requirements such as California Proposition 65 warnings, EU REACH substance declarations or CPSIA documentation for children’s items depend on your market and product; tell us what your market requires and the documentation is confirmed per order for your market on the quotation. We do not make medical, injury-prevention or performance claims for any product — ask on the inquiry form.
