Knee sleeves neoprene knee sleeves made to your thickness, size chart and brand
Knee sleeves are one of the best-selling worn accessories in strength training, bought in pairs and in exact sizes. KnurlForge makes neoprene knee sleeves for fitness equipment brands, gyms and studios, sporting goods retailers, distributors and e-commerce sellers — you choose the neoprene, thickness, length, seam type, size run, colorway, logo and packaging; we make, measure and pack them.
- Neoprene with nylon or polyester fabric lamination
- Thicknesses commonly offered around 5 mm and 7 mm
- Size runs (e.g. XS–XXL) to your chart, measured on samples
- Printed, embroidered or patch logos; pair or single packs
Knee sleeve construction
A knee sleeve is a tube of neoprene — usually a CR (chloroprene) or SBR blend — laminated on both sides with nylon or polyester fabric, cut and joined into a shape that follows the knee. The specification points we fix per SKU are:
- Thickness — commonly offered around 5 mm and 7 mm; other thicknesses on request.
- Length — overall sleeve length, set per design.
- Seams — glued-and-blind-stitched, flatlock or overlock seams; seam position (back or side) and reinforcement are set per design.
- Shape — straight tube or pre-curved (contoured) cut.
- Grip details — optional silicone print inside the top and bottom edges.
We describe materials, construction, sizing and customization only. This site makes no medical, injury-prevention, injury-treatment or performance claims for sleeves or wraps, and we do not originate such claims for your packaging.
Sizing knee sleeves
Knee sleeves are sold by size, so sizing accuracy matters more than almost anything else in this category. Size charts are usually based on circumference measured around the knee (some brands use a point just above or below it), and runs typically go XS–XXL. We work to your chart or propose one, measure every size on the pre-production sample, and agree tolerances before production so the chart on your packaging matches the product. Each size is its own SKU for MOQ and packing. See the specs & selection guide for how size spreads are planned.
Neoprene grades and fabric facing
Neoprene grades differ in density, stretch, hand-feel and cost; CR-rich blends and SBR-rich blends are both common, and the choice is made on samples against your price point. Fabric facing can be standard nylon jersey, polyester, or a printed fabric for patterned colorways. Neoprene and dyed fabrics may need market-specific documentation — for example REACH substance information for the EU or a Prop 65 assessment for California — which is confirmed per order for your market.
Logos, colorways and packaging
Logos are usually screen, heat-transfer or silicone printed on the front or side, embroidered, or applied as a patch. Colorways range from black with a contrasting logo to fully printed fabric. Packaging: pair or single in a polybag with a size sticker, zip pouch, drawstring bag, or printed box with size window. Barcodes and marketplace labels can be applied per size. See OEM & private label.
Who buys knee sleeves from us
Fitness equipment brands and e-commerce sellers sell branded pairs as a core worn-accessory SKU; gyms and studios stock sleeves for member retail; sporting goods retailers want consistent size runs on peg or shelf. Sleeves pair naturally with wrist wraps, elbow sleeves and lifting belts in mixed orders — see wholesale.

Frequently asked questions
Which thickness should we offer — 5 mm or 7 mm?
Both are common formats; many brands offer both as separate SKUs. The choice is a product-positioning decision, best made on samples. We do not make performance claims for either.
Are knee sleeves sold as pairs or singles?
Both. We pack and barcode pairs or singles as your channel requires.
How do you make sure sizes are consistent?
We agree measurement points and tolerances per size on the pre-production sample and check against them during production. Your size chart is printed only after the sample is approved.
Can the logo go on both sides?
Yes. Logo positions, colors and methods are set per design.
Can you put performance or injury-protection claims on the packaging?
We print the packaging and insert content your team approves, but we do not originate or substantiate medical, injury-prevention or performance claims, and this site makes none. Product descriptions here cover materials, construction, sizing and customization only. Claims on your packaging are the brand owner’s responsibility under your market’s rules.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on material, color, logo method and packaging (stock designs in neutral polybags start lower than custom colors, molded logos or printed retail boxes); lead time depends on materials, customization and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
Are your products certified or tested?
We do not display certification badges or publish test data on this site. Requirements such as California Proposition 65 warnings, EU REACH substance declarations or CPSIA documentation for children’s items depend on your market and product; tell us what your market requires and the documentation is confirmed per order for your market on the quotation. We do not make medical, injury-prevention or performance claims for any product — ask on the inquiry form.
